Good afternoon,
I am working in the Audits, and have been testing some students by marking either groups or classes as "satisfied" and it seems to be working great! I think it will really help students determine which classes they need to take. However, there are some suggestions I would like to make to make it easier to use.
When I mark a group or class as "satisfied" I am unable to see on my end that I have done so. If I mark a group as satisfied, and then try to mark it as satisfied again, a pop up tells me I've already done so. However, this is the only way to know if I've marked it as satisfied without looking at the audit pdf. I hope this makes sense. I've attached a screen shot, and you can see that the groups shown have already been satisfied but you wouldn't be able to tell from the screen I've attached. All the buttons say "mark as satisfied" even though they have already been satisfied.
I guess what I'm suggesting is that it would be nice to see in the "Degree Track Overview" which classes or groups have already been satisfied... possibly the button would say "satisfied" instead of "Mark as Satisfied". I'm not sure how feasible this would be for you to change, but I can see it getting confusing since we will be marking classes/groups as satisfied often since we have many substitutions and options available for students in the degree programs which requires us to be pretty flexible with their audits.
I like how when you run the audit, the pdf does show the class that was satisfied as well as the selected class that satisfied that particular requirement.
Thank you for taking the time to read my suggestion, and I look forward to developing the audits further.

I think this is a excellent suggestion and I have added it to the feature requests.

This will be included in the next release. There is a new 'Satisfied' column that will show whether a group has been completed or not and if a course has been satisfied or not (and if satisfied it shows the course number that completed it). Then, if the group or course is satisfied, then the 'Mark as Satisfied' button does not display.
