Degree Track Reusable Groups: possible to have no requirements?

Hello,
Would it be possible to add a "Type 5" to degree track reusable groups, according to which classes in the group could be taken with no minimum required?
Longer version: Sometimes students take more credits out of a certain group (for example, more than the required number of Bible subjects). I am setting up a group for reassigning these credits according to previous updates. I am making them Type 2, but there is no required minimum so it will show X of 0 credits required.

I don’t understand why it is an issue if they take more credits

I don’t understand why it is an issue if they take more credits than the required credits in an area….
If you have the number of required credits on a degree and your required groups set up with the number of credits you require on each of those, all extra courses are really just electives and can be anything so it shouldn’t matter where they fall.  If you do want to control those, try using the type of elective

You are correct that the extra classes are just electives.

You are correct that the extra classes are just electives. However, without creating an extra classes group as I have done, the audit gives in required classes an illogical result of 6.0 of 3.0 units completed.
Using the Elective type did not work because it then would not allow me to assign the extra class to electives, even though everything(!) I entered showed up there.
The way I have it set up now is better (3.0 units of 0.0 required), but still illogical. In addition, it’s a pain because I have duplicated entries of all these classes on the audit (e.g., OT and NT exegesis, each of which have at least 10 options, so the degree audit is 2x as long as it should be). Would it be possible for extra classes taken to automatically appear under unregulated electives? This already happens with classes that do not appear elsewhere in the audit.

I don’t think 6 out of 3 completed is illogical but, if it is just a matter of language I could change it to 3 required 6 completed if that would be better.

In the next install, I have included a change

In the next install, I have included a change that will change the wording of the sections to (Credits Required: 3.0  Completed/Enrolled: 6.0).  This should hopefully make it less confusing.
