It appears that the payments are not sending emails. I have just now added myself to both lists to confirm but neither enrollment nor accounting were getting the emails from Genesis. (I was already getting notifications from the bank, so I did not have myself on the Genesis emails.)
Can you help me confirm?

It looks like the merchant email going to Payeezy is correct but for some reason they are not sending the email out. We do not actually process those emails, just send on the email address that is specified in the configuration. Payeezy does the actual email processing. I also see it is not happening for my test system as well. I don’t see any changes in the API but maybe it is something going on with their email system with the API.
