I went in and tried with student with campus id 660017043 who had not verified their profile yet. I was unable to recreate this. Do you have any additional information? I think this must be some very finite loophole with an exact series of events, but I do not know what that is. Any information that you can provide would be helpful.

I did see that you submitted no new changes for Kyle. Is it possible to not try it on our active students coming in, so that they still get the page to add an address? I want to make sure we don't miss collecting that information and also verifying their permissions for viewing directory info. I am supposed to meet with Kyle and another new student next week, so I can see if I can get a screenshot of the error then. Is it possible to reset Kyle?

Brittany, I reset his values back right after I did it, so it is as if I did nothing. HE will not be impacted. If you can get it to happen, please provide me the student info, step by step instructions (any other pages he had to approve before this), and if possible a screen shot of the page. This page is used for several things so want ot make sure the wrong button isnt showing up causing the issue. THanks.

Today I met with 660017044 and in our ZOOM appointment he was prompted to complete his profile updates after he accepted the FERPA policy and the 1098T options. When on this page he added his address to the appropriate areas and then he clicked "Send Request". After clicking this button he was not redirected to the home page, but to the same page completely blank. I've attached a screenshot from our meeting of the page.

Brittany, thanks that actually helps a lot. I figured out the issue. It is actually when they update their address, it refreshes the page and loses where it needs to go. I will have a fix in soon.
