When students are dropped by the Program Directors, it does not show on the student schedule or in the Classes/Transfers/Waivers. We want to be able to get a report of our dropped students in a term.
For example, student 210003421 was dropped by Program Director on September 19 and 25. See 2 images below, plus the attached. Our accounting office receives emails when students are dropped. But a reliable report on dropped or withdrawn would help them charge students right.
I should be able to pull out a report on every student dropped in a term with the date, and what course and credit. If possible, who dropped the student. Thank you.

I will reach out to you directly. I have created a report that I have shared to you that provides what you asked.
However, I do want to talk to you about this specific situation as the email you attached is a proposed schedule change and not an actual schedule change. The report I provided you is for actual schedule changes only and thus I want to reconcile that to what you put above.
