estimated financial aid on students bill

Hi,

Is there a way that we can exclude federal loans that have not been accepted from estimated aid on student bills.  It is a bit confusing for the students if the extimated aid includes loans that are not accepted by the student, they think they have enough funds to cover charges when they do not.
