I have a student that took a summer class but for some reason the charges did not generate to their account. I just went back and did an advance search for any outstanding academic changes for SU24 and there was not any. I am trying to figure out what went wrong, the last 4 of their student account is 6778 if you need more than this to locate the student pleasse email me directly.

We are looking back over this whole Academic Change flags. We are still investigating but until we have a solution, per our conversation, it is advised that you run billing on all students and look over any changes that is needed and apply the charges that are accurate. We are looking at all of the charge changes from our last meeting to see if any of them are related to incorrect billing rules.
