We have a couple of students that have accepted their financial aid offers and the amount show in the Student accepted awards portion of their account but there is not a Date/Time stamp. I have attached a screenshot of one of the records. 660016764 and 660016844. I also have a student that does not have date/time stamp on their loans but they do their scholarships. I am not sure how that happened but maybe she just did not complete the process of accepting, reducing or declining the loans but I would think that it would not be able to be saved until all fields are complete. 660016539.
Please advise.
