ANU is looking at digitizing most of its operations especially those that are student related.
Key among these are the Deferment application and approval, Readmission application and approval, Application Clearance and Graduation Clearance.
Now, I had a meeting with Dana and one of the solution was for students to upload the document and then Registrar can either Approve, Rehject of append any other status as we will setup.
I am however requesting, is it possible to hav the forms as electronic so that the data can be captured other than have a student fill a form on the side then upload it?
Please advise.
I have a report that I need to answer to the management board by Wednesday and any guidance on the possibility is greatly appreciated.

Frida, thanks for your input. We have this on the list for long term development, but it is very complicated to make flexible for all of our schools. So, it is not something that will be done right away, especially not by this week.

One more thing. The clearance form, since it is just signatures, can definitely be handled by the document response system. Upload a document with the students name and semester, and then, have staff respond to it with their area they are clearing.
