My presumption is that the update was already done on Gnecsis. If this is not the case then please ignore then I assume the fixes will still be done. If the update did take place please not the following.
I created New Merge document (Module 1 Confirmation letter) under Human Resouces q/EMP as a docx. When I go to Human Resources/Employee, select a user and merge documents, I can select pdf and once I print the document does download bur only partially. (See attachment)
If I do the same with odt, then the system gives an error that it cannot unzip the odt.
This has happens under Human Resources and also if I create a new merge document under Academics/Student. The outcomes are the same.
I appreciate your work on this, and it will truly benefit use.

You are very observant! :) We made a early critical update to your system for another issue and the new code for this went up before it was fully baked. Your testing and taking time to put details is very helpful as this is still in the development stage. I believe at least one of the issues might be related to Host paths which was fixed. (This is related to the extra stuff getting merged into the document) Your documents will need to be reuploaded to the correct directory which happens when you update a new source document.
