Good morning,
I was working on my past due billing and I see that the overpaid portion of the billing period analysis is not calculating correctly. I am using 2023-2024 and on fall the summary says for fall overpaid is $3,750.56 but the student section only has $390.56 overpaid, for spring it is $5602 and in the student section is says $2.00.
Please advise.

I have another issue with billing analysis as well. It is showing students owe a balance when they do not as the semester payments are not being applied correctly. There are multiple same semester choices and no matter which one you choose it still does not apply it to the correct semester. This is a wonderful and useful tool when it is working correctly but it has been awhile with no fix. Can I please get an update as to when I expect a fix.

Greetings, so it looks like in February 2023 there was code put in to the student section to not include students that didn't have a charge. This same code was not put in to the summary section. So, this should account for the difference. I am putting the same code in to the top section.
I am also doing a check in the bottom section to check for the same billing period before it adds another one. So this should combine these in to one.
This should be included in the next release.
