I found the issue we have a blank student in the system and it caused the error. I will talk to Dana on Wednesday and see how we can delete this problem child.
Possibly an import issue or a issue from a person/student merge. There was no data on the student record so deleting the student record was the solution.
(Detail: The Student Record no longer had a person record tied to it and thus it just needs to be deleted)
