Can I please have a revision reason added to the list of reasons when I have to revise a loan disbursement? I would like to add Living Expense check not cashed within 120 days. Currently I have to use a reason that is not accurate and make a notation in notes.

This is something that someone at your school with access to System Administration can do. The pick list is FA_DisbursementRevisionType. If you do not have access to System Administration, please talk to your System Administrator.
