I was looking for prospects that we had received their 2022-2023 ISIR's and There is not that option to choose in the advanced search. If you could add ISIR received under the requirements met in the prospects section that would a big help for admissions and myself to find individuals that had applied for financial aid but had not yet started the inquiry process.

I have added this to the feature requests. It is worth noting that the system used to create Saved Contact lists for Prospects that were created with an ISIR import. I will verify that is still happening. In the mean time I can also create a school custom report for you that would allow you and Admissions to run a query to find prospects for a particular year that have received an ISIR.

The contact list issue has been corrected, and will be included in the next release.
The requirement met list on prospect is not the same as requirement list on student. Requirement list on the prospect search page is managed by admissions and is not what you want.
I will make a separate task to add a search for financial aid requirements to the financial aid prospect search.

In the next version, I have added check boxes options to the end of Financial Aid > Prospects for No ISIR and ISIR. If No ISIR is checked, it will return a result if they do not have any fa profile or if they dont have a profile for the selected year AND if they dont have an ISIR. If ISIR is checked, it will return a result if they have an FA profile and it is for the year selected and they have an ISIR for that year/profile.
