2022-2023 ISIR import

Good morning,

I have received a 2022-2023 ISIR file and when I tried to import it says that there needs to be a file layout.

Please advise

I have not set up the 2022-2023 ISIR file layout yet. I have added it as a task to do. It should not be very long.
