deleted classes added to the dropped email I recieve

Hi,

Can you please add deleted classes to the emails that I receive when a student drops or withdraw from a class.  I have had an issue when a student class is just deleted instead of dropped or withdrawn.  I can not accurately determine Cost of attendance if I do not know a class was deleted
