Hello,
When changes happen in the student's shedule (both enrollment and dropping), usually I get the update on email. Would it be good to add the Finance Department on the email for the purpose of sending Invoice? The email is acountant@apnts.edu.ph.
Or, if you have better ways to do it besides adding another email recipient, please let us know.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely,

Hello,
For schools that use student accounts inside GNECsis to bill students there is a function to track changes for generating billing. This will not work at your school as you are not using Student Accounts. There is a auto email section specifically for Student Accounts. The email address would be added to the Student Accounts section. It can be found in System Administration > Host > Emails and User Integration > Email Sender Address by Functional Area. Add the email address here.
With that said I do not think Student Accounts gets a automatic email with class changes. This may need to be a new feature added to the system. Currently only one email address can be entered into the Registrar auto email.
Another solution that some schools use is to set up a special email address that you have all registrar auto emails sent to. This email address through your email system can be given to multiple employees to access and manage. This way you can add as many people as you want to the shared email address to get the notifications.
I will open a feature request to give an option for Student Accounts auto emails to receive the registrar auto emails as well with the class enrollments and changes.

The system is already set up to send schedule updates to student accounts, if the student accounts email is configured. I have added the one you sent.
This will send an email any time a student class is removed, dropped, waitlisted, registered after deadline, or withdrawal.
It is not configured to send an email every time someone registers. I'm not sure this is actually what you would want.
One idea would be to have a button for the registrar to email the current schedule to an email address. This could be used to email it to a student or to email it to student accounts. This could be done as a step in the registration finalization process.
Let me know your thoughts.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your help. We will play around with the dropping and see how it works with the added email recipient. Meanwhile, with the second suggestion you mentioned, I am imagining it would happen as the image below. There will be an added button that will say, "Email List to a Recipient" or something like that. Did I get you right? If that is what you are thinking, I will be glad to accept the change. This is equally needed as the dropping and enrollment activities.
Thank you for everything you do.

I will adjust the original request. For now, student accounts will be notified of drops/withdrawals/late registrations, etc. And I will add a request to add an email schedule button that can be used after they are registered, and any later changes will be emailed automatically via the current system.

Hi,
This one is working. Thank you for setting up this one. My problem is that the email bounces back each time there is change in the schedule. I found out that the email is not right. Please change it from account@apnts.edu.ph to accountant@apnts.edu.ph.
Thank you.

This is something that you can maintain. You (or someone with access to System Administration > Host) can update the Student Accounts email directly in Host.

I think between the update notifications, the option to download a pdf of the schedule and email it manually to student accounts, and the ability for access to see the schedule from student accounts, this should cover this need.
