After receiving the email regarding the new update this morning, I was interested to look at some of the new Help files. I have tried accessing these (from the Main Menu, System Admin, Academics, etc.) but, on opening a new tab, all I get is the same error message;
HTTP Status 404 – Not Found
Type Status Report
Message /docs/GNECForgottenPasswordLinkFeature.pdf
Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.
This is for all help files I have been trying to access, not just the 'Forgotten Password Link Feature' as highlighted in the above example.
Please could you advise?
There was an incorrect path in System Administration > Host. They are working now. Thanks for letting us know.
