We had a student start a new master's degree in January. The new degree, MST in Pastoral Ministry, has a different advisor than the previous MDiv. We have tried all that we can think of to change the adviser. We have added in an end date for the MDiv., we have unchecked "Requires Advisor Approval" for the MDiv, we have changed the ranking of the MST. Still the student (Cin Khan Mang) shows on my advisee list for MDiv but not on Dr. Davis's list for MST. Thank you for your help.

It appears the reason it is not showing is the graduation date on the MST degree. Try removing it, or moving it to Anticipated Graduation Date instead.

I removed the graduation date for MST. Now the student is showing on both advisee lists. He should be on Dr. Davis's list but not mine.

I found the issue. It was showing ones whose graduation dates were blank or graduation dates were <= today, instead of >= today. This will be included in the release next week.

Hello,
I feel like this issue is still showing. For example, student ID 210002498 is showing on Dr. Modine's Advisee List while showing in Dr. Irene Yang's. Is there a way to automatically hide them from the advisor upon their graduation or when we put date on the degree track end?
Likewise, when we generate reports, for example, enrolled students, it also shows two degree tracks for one person. It does not honor the end date indicated on the degree track. For example, Dialing, Christine Rosemel Onofre was enrolled in GC Intercultural Studies but discontinued. Now she is enrolled in PHD. When I generate report, she always shows with two degree tracks.

It looks like the system was not respecting the end date. I have changed the degree list on the search page and on the header to the student page to not show ones with end date filled in. I did the same on reports, and changed reports to show a similar degree list structure as on the search page and student page. This will be included in the next release.
