Hi,
As I was working through the spring enrolled students I noticed that student 660016138 scholarship award for the entire year was gone. I had already disbursed fall and it is still on his student account. I added a new spring disbursement but I can not correct the fall. Any help you can give me on what might have happened would be great.

The awards were not deleted! So we should be able to resolve it quickly. The downside is that the reason it was not visible is there are two 2020 financial aid profiles and the system will only show the "new" profile. We are investigating how this could have happened as its not supposed to be possible. If you encountered any weird situation where it allowed you to create a new financial aid profile it would be helpful if you remember anything out of the ordinary that could have created a second profile.
We should be able to delete the new profile which will restore the other profile. You will then be able to update the original award with the additional amount.

I can not think of anything that was not right. earlier in that day I working in both 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 but I did make sure I was in the correct year when I went to his record.

Neely was the only student with this situation. We have an idea that this was actually a manifestation of a old error that was resolved and thus we are reasonably sure that this will not happen again. I was able to remove the wrong profile. His original profile and awards are properly showing again.
**** You will need to reaward him the Spring disbursement and the COVID relief grant. Everything else appeared to me to be functioning properly with him now.
