Hi all,
I have been reflecting on the way that the credit card fee debit and credit shows on the student billing account. Is there a way to automatically hide the transaction that removes the fee from showing on the aging report. That way the student will not see it and question why it on there I tried to manually (do not show on bill) and it will not allow that as I am only hiding one transaction.

Hello,
I know we talked about this some today. The hide transactions need to always hide in offsetting pairs so that the balance and transactions will always match. If we hid only the one fee then the students balance and total transactions would not reconcile on their bill. The solutions are either to have the cc fee and fee reversal hidden or to not post the fee at all on the student account.
