I would like to request a report that I can use to do check request for Federal student loan living expense refunds. I would need to have the report ready to use for our spring loan disbursement which is 01/18/2021. This would need to have the address block broken down into different fields. house number and street, City, ST, Zip code. I will not need the country on this report. Components of the report should be
Last name
First name
house number and street
City
St.
Zip
Tran code REFUND-LVGExp
Amount of refund
I have attached a copy of the form that I will be using. This form is typically a PDF fillable but since I need to use mail merge I had to convert it to a word doc.

I believe the new report that I created "Transactions for term by TR Code for Mailing" covers this as well. Let me know if it does not, or you need something changed.
