I am looking through the system, and I see several contact history records for various people sent on the 8th and 9th. Michael, Richard, Andrew, Hannah, and Allan. Did you do something different with Amberlee as compared to these? The fact that you have the email above, does this mean you sent it through your email and not the system? Just trying to nail things down.
