Major Degree Track - New Field

Good morning!

Could I request a new field on the Academics > Administration > Major Degree Tracks page? It can go next to 'Report ID' and be called 'HESA Course Title'. 

Linked to this, would it be possible to have 'Report ID' re-labeled 'HESA Report ID' ?
