I've tried to follow your guidance and attempted a 'Chart of Account Set-up' but I am still unable to return any information. The 'Chart of Account Entries' I've tried a second time this morning and it continues to tell me that it already exists, yet there is nothing in the list. No doubt I've made a very obvious error, but can't seem to track this back.
I create a test gl account for you. You were just missing the subaccount. If you wish to edit, feel free. This account (or one like it) needs to be assigned to the debit/credit gl accounts on each transaction code. Then, the aggregate/posting will work.

Thank you Kindra! I am now able to download the Sage report, which has all of the necessary information for our finance office. I'm sorry that this has taken so long to try and work out, but I really appreciate all of your help.
