Pick List Maximum Length

Folks,

I need to add a new value to our Picklist 'HESAQualResult' of 'Completed Qual', but the maximum Internal Length it seems to be allowing is 4.

Internal Value - 4 digits

The internal value is limited to 4 characters, but the external value can be any length.  Is there a code to go along with this?  Seems like 'Completed Qual' is the external value.

No, the Internal Value (which in this case is outputted to the HESA Report needs to be "Completed Qual", in line with the values in https://www.hesa.ac.uk/collection/c19054/a/qualgrade

If you look in the Pick List, there are already values longer than 4, e.g. "D45M0P0".
