Hide Repeated Classes on Transcript

Folks,

Good morning! I hope you're doing well.

LKH have reported that this feature is working slightly differently than they had expected. They had hoped that the grade from the second attempt of the class would show, while the first would be held - this appears to be the opposite.

Additionally, these grades seem to appear with a * mark beside them, which they would rather not have on the transcript.

Could this be looked at for them (the same updates would be useful for us too, though we use this feature less than they do, so I haven't encountered it personally until now!)

Thanks!

R

Need more info

Can you please email to gnecsishelp@nazarene.org the name of a student where you have seen this issue?  The * includes the class is the repeated class, the one they are getting credit for.  We understand that you may not want this to show, but seeing this should indicate that the correct class is being displayed.  So we need clarification.

Version 2.60

There will be a fix for this in version 2.60, scheduled for release on Thursday of this week.  This one turned out to be more complicated, since there are multiple instances of a course enrollment in the same term, and in some older cases in the same class.

Originally we ordered the enrollments by year, semester. We now order the enrollments by year, semester, class start date, course number,  final grade, final grade pct. This should help it to get the enrollment in the right order to show/hide the proper repeated enrollment.
