Can the emergency contact info be displayed on all personal info screens? It seems that field would be helpful to be everywhere rather than just under people.
The only two places that I see that it is not is Student Academics and STudent Accounts. THis is because it is found in Student life for students, since most places this is where this type of information is looked up. I can add it to academics and student accounts if you wish. It is already everywhere else that i know of. Please let me know

I think it is missing in prospects too, but I haven't confirmed.
Both Acadmics and Student Accounts would benefit from seeing it as well.
I am assuming is you needed it quickly, you would want it on any person info screen.
