I was running reports for our annual audit and I do not what happened but all the tuition for the 2019-2020 academic year now say that they are for 2020-2021 academic year. Can I get this fixed quiclkly.

The update last night should have fixed this. I will run the rules and see if it fixes the issue.

The Students account screen shows the TR Code Name, Students will see the TR Code Description. Thus on the bill and portal the students will not see Tuition 20-21. Changing the name of the TR code will change the name of the TR code for all transcations tied to the TR code. My recommendation is to just have the TR Code be named. Fee - Tuition. There is no need to have the year anymore in the name as the updates to billing have made it so the fee is specific to the year/term not the tr code, thus Tuition can always use the same TR code for all years.
I hope that makes sense.
I have updated your system so that the FEE - Tuition 20-21 no longer has the 20-21.
