I have noticed that when I run an aging list students that have had a credit card fee applied to their account are showing on the aging list. As this fee is already been paid when the credit transaction was made it should not be included on the aging list as this skews our numbers.

When a person makes a payment it goes on the account, and not tied to a specific transaction. The aging report shows totals by period, and so it is not accurate if we dont include all transactions.
