payment through student portal

I just received notification from a student that they had paid their bill and they sent me a copy of their bank statement confirming the payment was deducted but it did not apply to his account. Please let me know if you need the students name.  IT shows a payment receipt for May 13th, I did not receive a copy of the receipt either.
