I am continually getting errors when trying to execute reports through Academics - predominantly those relating to grades.
This is the error I am receiving for various reports;
Enrolled Student w/ Classes - *** Error running Operation PRINT_DisplayReport_JasperXLS: java.lang.RuntimeException: com.quinsoft.zeidon.NullCursorException: Cursor for entity is null EntityDef = nazsis.sHost.GradeScale
Class Grades - *** Error running Operation PRINT_DisplayReport_JasperXLS: java.lang.RuntimeException: com.quinsoft.zeidon.NullCursorException: Cursor for entity is null EntityDef = nazsis.sHost.GradeScale
Each time, I am also confronted with a pop-up refering to an 'HTTP Status 404 - Not Found' error - Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.
Is there anything you can do to help me with this?
I just took a look, and you have no default grade scale set in host. This is required. Set the grade scale to be whatever the majority of your students are. This will be used when there isnt one set for a college or degree. Setting this will fix your errors.
