I ran a aging report today and I would like some clarification please. I have a student 660014129 that should not be on the aging list as he has a $1,800.00 credit on his account. Can someone please look at this and let me know why he is on there.

There is a difference in the Account Balance stored and the computed Account Balance. There is a button on the Aging report student Detail that allows you to resolve them being on the report. Select Correct Account Balance and it will correct the balance. We are working on a better solution to the calculation issue.
