For a couple of weeks (at least) the system has been hanging on me when I try to download a student degree audit. Joseph suggested I clear my cache, which I have done, and it is still happening. This occurs on both Safari and Chrome.

Thanks for letting us know. I was able to replicate the issue on your system, as well as other schools. I just tried it out on our next version to be deployed, and I am not able to replicate the same issue. So, it appears that this issue has already been fixed. The next version will be installed on December 17.
