Currently, the password reset requests a First and Last name and birthday. It would be helpful to also provide an option for a different identifier along with birthday because some of our users have complicated family names which are difficult to put in the system consistently and may frustrate users who do not know how we entered their name.
Ex: Stephen Benson-Porter may be entered as Benson-Porter or Benson Porter or simply Porter and would be hard to guess by the student
Therefore, an option like username, school email, or something like that rather than First/Last may make resets easier for students.
