We had a transaction on 1/25/2020 that posted to a students account twice creating a false credit on his account. This student used the online check feature. I will remove the incorrect transaction but is there a way to determine if any other errors like this has happened by running a report of duplicate amount, dates, and transaction times?

We looked at all related transactions and this appears to have been one isolated case and after looking at the details no reason could be found. Please let us know if this type of problem happens again.
