We use the Constituency section of GNECsis for holding information on Alumni, Organisations, Churches, etc. A lot of this information is sorted via the 'Category' field, which lets us add miscellaneous tags to people for ease of access. For example, we have a category called 'Christmas Card List' which is everyone to whom the Principal sends a Christmas card ... vital this time of year!
Now, for storing, searching, and emailing out this works very well - we can use the Advanced Search to pull up everyone in a certain Category no problem. However, when it comes to getting more detailed information, there isn't a way to build a Custom Query based on category. This means that if the Principal's PA needs to quickly pull a file with the names and addresses of everyone in the Christmas Card Category, at the moment there is no way to do that (that I know of!).
Given the amount of information we store and access primarily through this field, adding Category to the Constituency > Custom Queries > People Query > "Narrow Down the Results" box would make a very big difference!

I added category to people, prospect, and enrollment queries. THis will be available in version 2.46, which is the next release.
