Hi! I’ve got another request. Our Assistant Academic Dean needs a list of prospective graduates for May 2020. In this connection, is it possible for you to come up with a report for each students with total number of units earned and sort them by degrees? Thank you for your kind assistance as always.

I would suggest using the Student Degrees Report. You can find students by status, ceremony (if you use degree candidacy), classification, graduation date (if this is already filled in), or degree track. It will give you a report with a separate line for each student and each degree track they are a part of, with their total credits, graduation date(if already filled in) and degree candidacy info (if filled in).
The one caviate with this is the total credits is overall and not specific to that degree track so if they have multiple degrees it may be higher.
