Hi, Friends! One of our instructors saw from his portal a list of his students needing his approval. Please see the attached screenshot. Any advice on what he needs to do? Thanks so much! --Judy :)

Hello Judy,
After looking into this a bit I believe you might have stumbled onto a situation where a proposed schedule is removed and becomes a part of the students history of proposed schedules. I believe this section is still seeing the retired proposed schedule even though another proposed schedule was approved.
We will look into this more.

Further information:
The advisors and professors will be able to select the students in this list and approve or decline/reject the schedule changes. After each is approved it will go to the Registrar/Academics to finalize the schedule changes. If they are declined/rejected it will go back to the student or advisor with a reason.
With the most recent update the professor approvals have been deactivated for now. Only currently active requests for approval need to be worked through.
