Is there a way to upload information from excel directly into the system. We had a meeting yesterday about scholarships and instead of having to manually update the funding levels each year the question was brought up if the system allowed for uploads.

There is precident for being able to upload sets of data into the system. There would need to be a very defined way that the data would need to be set up to bring into the system to minimize errors. As there is a screen to enter all of the budget values for all aid sources at one time its not very time intensive as it needs to be done only once a year.
With that said, I will add it to the list of Feature Requests!

I do not see it as a huge issue for NTS, it was brought up by the person that manages our scholarship accounts, who is the excel guru extraordinar, and thought I would give it a shot as it certainly would eliminate data entry errors. If it can be done it is not a high priority for us but maybe a bigger school might benefit from the feature.
