When we export to Moodle from GNECsis, then a student subsequently drops a class, we are unable to delete the enrollment that GNECsis has created.
Is there a setting we can check to correct this? This causes confusion for students because their "My Classes" tab shows subjects they have already disenrolled from.

This should be working on the GNECsis side. We did have an issue when students were deleted from the class (before it started this is allowed) but that has recently been added in to make sure they are also taken out.
Make sure in Moodle in the site administration/plugins/enrolments/IMS Enterprise file – Course data options, you have the box for “Allow tihe IMS data to unenrol students/teachers” ticked.
If that is, then give me an example student and class and I can look a bit deeper into the situation.
