But if you turn off the security questions, all someone has to do is enter the birthdate, given name and family name. This seems like even more of a security concern.
Added an option to turn off ‘Forgot Your Password’. It will be in the next release.
Thanks for this. If Genesis could send an email to verify identity rather than challenge questions, we would be interested in allowing students to reset their passwords via Genesis. (This is how moodle does it.)
