When following up on un-submitted applications it would be useful to have the mobile phone number(s) in the In Process Applications Window. This would enable follow up using phone numbers as well apart from just email where turn around time for feedback may be longer.
An alternative would be to enable viewing of the entire un-submitted application to help with follow up.
