Hello,
I am looking for the prospect record of a newly enrolled student and none of the fields return any matches. I have tried given name, family name on the top and legal name (what is that? first name? both names?) under advanced search.
As a test, I even used a recent graduate's family name on both areas and received no hits.

Prospect search like Academic search now is one search. The Prospect search defaults Status Active, since the primary reason to go to prospects is to work with your active prospects before they are a student. However you can deselect the Status and make it blank to search for all prospects regardless of their admissions status.
You did not provide an example and thus I have no way to look up your specific example but I did check several recent graduates (6) and was able to find and pull them up no problem.
Its worth noting that in Academics under Academics > Students > Details > History > Educational History > Prospect, you can see all of the prospect records tied to a student and their status. If there is no Prospect record tied under student then they do not have a prospect profile and you will not be able to find them in Admissions. (all recent graduates had prospect profiles)
