Thank you again for your work.

I noted that we still have an issue with merge documents. 

Firstly, the system does not pull in the email of the recipient(s) See image. This makes it not possible to email an recipient.

Secondly, the test email is also not coming through so I assume the issue might be linked. 

Thirdly, The document option to PDF is greatly needed but it seems like the conversation is still having the same issue. When I print as a Word document everything comes out perfect. But when you select PDF it still only select some of the text. Please see the other image. This is the scenario for Employees and Students.
