I am aware that we had the same problem previously and this might be e repetition.
I added documents to student/academics. From there I added a new prospect in admissions and as I was still busy on the first page capturing details the documents I added to the previous student did show under the prospect (first image). When I saved the prospect the documents did not show anymore.
As mentioned if this will be fixed already in the next update I am happy.

I believe this may be a different issue... though I could be mistaken. Thank you for posting it. Ben, if you could please email me directly with the campus id of the student/prospect, I would like to look at this specific case.
