Dana posted yesterday about a bug we had with the application form that creates a blank application form that then includes the previously selected application form. This causes an incomplete application form can be submitted.
I created a new application again this morning, when you save the form as a draft and log back in again the blank application is then the default and causes the problem.
Please ignore if the problem is not resolved from yesterday.

Yes, I have changed it so that in the future, you wont be able to select the blank one. If you try to select the blank one, it will take you back to your previously selected one.
This will be included in the next release
