If you have a note or comment that is specific to this transcript:
Go to Academics > Students. Click on the Academics button, and scroll down to the Transcripts section. It can be entered in to the Transcript Summary box, directly below where you run the transcript.
If you have a certification statement or other standard statement:
To add a new certification statement in to the system, go to Academics > Administration, and click on Certification Statements. This does not add it to a specific student, just makes it available. To add it to a specific student, go to Academics > Students. Click on the Academics button, and scroll down to the Transcripts section. Then click update under Certification Statements.
