Where can I go to put a thesis title or other notes on the transcript?

If you have a note or comment that is specific to this transcript:

Go to Academics > Students.  Click on the Academics button, and scroll down to the Transcripts section.  It can be entered in to the Transcript Summary box, directly below where you run the transcript.

If you have a certification statement or other standard statement:

A student is registered for a course, but it is not on the transcript. Why?

Enrolled classes do not show on the transcript, only completed ones.
