I have had 3 students say they have dropped a class but when I check their schedule it is still there. I also did not receive a notification of a schedule change. It may be "operator error" but I have had several instances this week. The latest one was Dillon Wadsack.

Wadsack, Dillon dropped two classes for Spring 2023 but they remained on his schedule, and I wasn't aware he tried to drop.

Closing. We discussed this in person, and it was they were likely closing without verifying their profile which would not submit. We instead created a yearly verification of the profile so they could turn that off.
